We provide two primary digital services:

  • Telecommunications Top-up: Third-party mobile data bundles and airtime top-up services for major networks including MTN, Telecel, and AirtelTigo.
  • Social Media Boosting: Digital marketing services designed to increase engagement (followers, likes, views, etc.) on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and X (formerly Twitter). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these social media platforms.
  • Products Prices: Osdanwus.org hold the right to change any or all product prices without customers or users consent

3. Delivery Policy & Timeframes

We understand that speed is critical. However, delivery times vary based on the service purchased:

For Data Bundles:

  • Instant Delivery: In the majority of cases, data bundles are delivered instantly upon successful payment.
  • Standard Processing: Approximately 90% of orders are completed within 10 minutes.
  • Potential Delays: On rare occasions, due to network congestion or system maintenance by the service provider, delivery may take several hours or up to 48 hours.
  • Your Responsibility: Please ensure the recipient phone number provided is correct. We are not responsible for data sent to the wrong number due to user error and we cannot refund orders made on wrong numbers

For Social Media Boosting:

  • Processing Time: Social media campaigns typically begin within 1 to 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Gradual Delivery: To maintain the safety and natural growth appearance of your account, larger orders (e.g., 5,000 followers) are often “drip-fed” and may take several days to fully complete.
  • Account Requirements: Your social media profile must be set to PUBLIC before placing an order and remain public until the order is complete. If you change your username or set your account to private during an active campaign, the delivery will fail, and the order will be marked as complete without a refund.

4. Payments

  • Secure Transactions: All payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. We do not store your full debit/credit card details or mobile money PINs on our servers.
  • Currency: All transactions are charged in Ghanaian Cedi (GH₵).
  • Failed Transactions: If your payment is successful but you do not receive value within the specified timeframe, please contact support with your Transaction ID for resolution with five(5) working days, after five (5) working days all complaint will be rejected.

5. Refund & Refill Policy

  • Data Bundles: Once data has been successfully delivered to the provided number, it cannot be reversed or refunded. If a system error prevents delivery after 48 hours, a new data will issued.
  • Social Media Boosting (Refills): Social media platforms occasionally update their systems, which can cause a drop in followers or engagement. We offer a standard 30-Day Refill Guarantee on most boosting services. If your numbers drop within 30 days of purchase, contact us with your order ID for a free top-up.
  • No Refunds for User Error: We do not offer refunds if you provide the wrong phone number for data, or the wrong URL/username for social media boosting.

6. User Conduct & Content Guidelines

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose. For Social Media Boosting, we strictly prohibit the use of our services to boost accounts or posts that contain:

  • Hate speech, harassment, or threats.
  • Illegal goods, violence, or explicit adult content.
  • Scams or fraudulent activities. We reserve the right to cancel any order that violates these terms without a refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

osdanwus.org shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. This includes delayed data delivery due to telecom networks, or any actions taken by social media platforms (such as account suspensions or shadowbans) resulting from the use of third-party boosting services. Use these services at your own risk.
